Hello Folks!
We’ve had a splendid summer filled with many new friends from all over the world, kayaking, a humming bird banding, Stillwater Mountain fire tower hikes and many nights of dining and music on the deck.
Before the snow flies, won’t you please join us at our annual wine dinner pairing!
The evening will begin with assorted appetizers at the bar and folk music from Pamme Swan.
First course this year is a Crab Cake filled with shrimp and scallops and your choice of a spicy Boom Boom sauce or our more mellow Cusabi sauce.
Second course is a cup of creamy Buttermilk Bisque followed by a Field Green Salad with avocado with a light lemon vinaigrette.
Fourth Course Entree is Filet Mignon with a sauce of portabella, cremini and white button mushroom sauce and a side of steamed broccoli
Last but not least dessert will feature a variety of ice cream locally made in Boonville from Mercers Dairy and a cookie assortment.
