Hello Folks! We’ve had a splendid summer filled with many new friends from all over the world, kayaking, antique cars and many nights of dining and music on the deck.
Before the snow flies, won’t you please join us at our annual wine dinner pairing.
The evening will begin with assorted appetizers at the bar and folk music from Pamme Swan.
First course this year is Cajun Shrimp followed by a Field Green Salad with Glazed Walnuts and Feta in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Third Course is Lemon Chicken Champagne with Sautéed Artichokes and Capers and a side Roasted Broccoli.
Fourth Course is Beef Tenderloin Bourguignon over Egg Noodles
The evening will end with Marian's own Decadent Deserts.
